Data center are usually left unattended with staff working remotely. Sometimes, trouble arises that will require a person to be physically located at the data center to perform actions such as restarting a server or restarting a modem. Sophia made a prototype of a power controller that can be triggered on and off using software.

This is the blueprint of the chassis.

This is the relay board which is connected to the outlet and
supplies power to the device connected to it. The relay board is connected to the
driver before connecting to arduino.
This is the driver board that bridges the arduino and the relays.
This is the chassis used for the prototype. The electrical outlet are lined up at the
front and back of the chassis to serve 24 ports.
